Krav Maga is an Israeli self-defense system that emphasizes natural and instinctive movements to make learning self-defense easier. Classes typically include combatives such as punches, kicks, and knee strikes, as well as cardio and body weight drills. Students also learn self-defense techniques against chokes, bearhugs, strikes, and eventually weapons such as guns, knives, and sticks.
