CrossFit is the revolutionary strength and conditioning program that believes in the total fitness of the athlete. People from all walks of life, including seniors and young children, are taking advantage of the diverse training that CrossFit offers. Police, fire, and military special operations units worldwide are now utilizing the varied and high-intensity instruction that CrossFit provides.
Routine is the enemy! CrossFit pushes the athlete to complete different exercise sets every time he or she works out. This keeps the body guessing and eliminates plateaus and boredom common in traditional programs.
Performing exercises at a high intensity (power) over varying time scales is the most effective way to elicit positive changes in performance and body composition. We do this by timing most of our workouts and completing them as fast and as safely as possible.
CrossFit trains the athlete to be able to overcome everyday obstacles that he or she may encounter in life. Through the use of universal motor recruitment patterns, CrossFit teaches the athlete to utilize their natural capacities to move large objects, over long distances, quickly.

Fitness is fun, don’t overthink it. Health and wellness are powerful tools, when used often they create opportunity. Let’s exercise!
I’ve been doing CrossFit for over 10 years in several different states and consider myself a jack of all trades, master of none. But I’ve managed to remain generally injury free throughout my CrossFit journey (can’t say the same for hockey) because I believe in scaling appropriately and practicing good form to stay safe.
I’ve done CrossFit all over the world and believe fitness is a personal journey. Helping people use CrossFit to improve health and wellness gives me positive energy. I am a CrossFit OL-1, a NCAA National Wrestling Champion, and Ironman finisher.
