Our ultimate goal is to make fitness fun and safe for your teen. The skills learned here include the majority of CrossFit’s foundational and auxiliary movements. The programming is designed to challenge and accommodate the developing abilities of teens ages 13-17.
Classes are offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4:15 p.m.
