Our kids program is designed to help your child develop physical skills and mental toughness in a fun and encouraging atmosphere. In a culture that is producing a generation of children spending their time playing video games and watching tv, our goal is to make fitness something children value and enjoy.
Our program also promotes making healthy nutritional choices, teamwork, and personal responsibility. We firmly believe that your child will benefit from our program in many ways that reach far beyond the gym setting and translate into their everyday lives.

CrossFit Kids - Tuesdays and Thursdays, 4:15pm - 5:00pm (starting back up 2/1/23)
CrossFit Teens - Mondays and Wednesdays, 4:15pm - 5:00pm

Our kids workouts consist of constantly varied, functional movements that deliver a fitness that is broad, inclusive and general and scaleable for children at any fitness level. Our focus on functional movements develops skills that are fundamental in everyday life for kids. We teach kids to play, pull, push, run, throw, climb, lift and jump in a safe and fun environment under the supervision of a trained fitness professional.
In our Kids program we aim to make fitness fun but we also start to focus on developing more technical proficiency in the foundational movements of CrossFit. As children start to learn the technique in these movements we start to add very small weight, such as light dumbbells, kettlebells, or medicine balls.
The Teens program goes further into the foundational CrossFit movements as we transition from light dumbbells to working with barbells. We want to build strong teen athletes with big motors that move with good form so we can minimize the risk of injury in sport and everyday life. This program is designed for teens participating in any kind of athletic program or simply for kids who like to move and challenge themselves.
