Tabata was founded in Japan by Izumi Tabata, and is a form of interval training designed to improve both your aerobic and anaerobic systems, combining alternating segments of work and recovery. This workout regimen will improve your athletic ability AND your ability to burn fat! High-intensity interval training" (HIIT) refers to the amount of effort expended; this class is open to ALL skill levels.
Peak 10 is an 8 week “get in the best shape of your life” program that utilizes metabolic circuit training for ultimate fat loss. Leslie leads her UrbanPop dance in our gym! Fitness has been a part of her entire life. She was a professional figure skater, opened her own fitness studio in the 80's, won numerous competitions, made over ten workout videos and ran ten marathons.
Jayme holds a Masters Degree in Human Performance from UW-LaCrosse and certified as an Exercise Specialist through the ACSM, CrossFit Level -1 and RKC Kettlebell. Jayme is a wealth of knowledge with a no-nonsense approach to training and coaching.
Jodi holds a Masters Degree in Human Performance, Certified as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist through NASM, ACE group fitness, RKC Kettlebell, and a Master Pilates Trainer. She coaches gymnastics for Chaska-Chanhassen and loves working with all athletes on their strength and conditioning goals and post-injury needs.

Carrie O’Keefe started teaching classes in August 2012, training big groups, small groups, sports teams, and individuals of all ages. Her happiness and passion is family and friends, and fitness and health are her fuel.
The only thing Katie J. Likes more than working out is helping others find joy in exercising! She believes exercising should be fun and strives to make her group fitness classes fun (and challenging) for all levels of athletes.

I am a kindergarten teacher by day with a passion for fitness! I have been an active CrossFit athlete for years, so I love a combo of strength and cardio in my workout classes.
Liz is a former division 1 college gymnast. She was a gymnastics coach for 10+ years. Following her coaching career, she became an AFAA certified Group Fitness instructor and enjoys teaching Kettlebell, HIIT, and other various formats. When she is not in the gym, she enjoys spending time outside with her husband and three kids.
