Cross-training is a workout style that combines functional movements performed at high intensity. But, in its practical, everyday life application, it’s hands-on movement at its finest. Cross-training at CFC Athletics provides expert coaches who care about you and your fitness journey, and they invest themselves in helping you reach your goals. Cross-training at CFC Athletics is unlike anything you’ve ever experienced. But, fair warning, once you try it, you may never want to go to the “other gyms” again!

Starting off can be intimidating for many and that’s why we have a guided intro experience for you. Our OnRamp program will help you get started safely and effectively with our certified and experienced coaches helping you along the way. OnRamp features:
- 3 private training sessions with a certified trainer.
- Access to ALL studio classes.
- Graduation and progression into Cross-Training classes when you are ready.
Group Fitness
Movement that is fun, energizing, and focused on improving cardio, strength, and mobility.

Our group fitness classes provide a fun and energizing way to build strength, improve cardiovascular fitness, and burn calories. They are also a great compliment to CrossFit programming as well. We are a unique space and proud of having both CrossFit and Group Fitness classes. Classes include things like kettlebells, strength/mobility, Tabata, and GRIT. Our programming is designed to build strength and conditioning through widely varied and challenging workouts.
